Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free and are not tested on animals.

Most of our products are vegan, with the exception of some of our lip products. Please check the specific product descriptions to confirm if the items you're interested in are vegan.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any complimentary samples or travel-sized samples at this time.

Orders

We cannot make any modifications or cancellations once the order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse. We can only update addresses if the order is returned to our facilities, or we recommend contacting the shipping company with your tracking number to request a change of address.

We apologize for any issues you may be experiencing while placing your order. Please send us an email within 24 hours of placing your order to cs@danahybeauty.com for assistance. Our customer service department operates during business hours from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST

We recommend that you first create an account with us. Please note that all orders are processed and updated only on business days.

All order updates and status alerts will be sent to the email provided when you create your purchase. You will receive an initial email notification when your order is confirmed. A second email notification will be sent once the courier has picked up the order along with your tracking information. A final email notification will be sent once your package has been delivered.

We're sorry that your order didn't arrive as expected. Please email cs@danahybeauty.com a photo of your damaged or missing items and a screenshot of the packing slip so that we can assist you in replacing your item(s).

Daisy Anahy Beauty is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. All claims related to incomplete delivery issues should be filed directly with the shipping company.

Occasionally, the tracking information from the courier services we work with can be updated in advance, and packages may be marked as delivered before they actually arrive. It's most likely that your package will be delivered within a few days, but we recommend that you check with your local post office for more information in the meantime.

Shipping

The cost of shipping may vary depending on the area.

We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders will be processed from Monday to Friday within 48 to 72 business hours. All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS, and the estimated delivery time is 5 to 9 business days. Please expect longer processing times during holidays and new product launches.

Daisy Anahy Beauty ships within the United States and Mexico at the moment.

Return Policy

Daisy Anahy Beauty does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for cosmetics unless they are damaged or defective. Our sales are final. Please send an email to cs@danahybeauty.com if you need assistance with your order or have questions about our policy.
